Low Drag

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, welding symbols, and work instructions.
• Measure, cut, fit, tack, and assemble structural steel and metal components.
• Perform MIG, TIG, flux-core, and/or stick welding as required.
• Set up and operate welding machines, grinders, torches, saws, and other fabrication equipment.
• Inspect dimensions, alignment, and weld quality using measuring tools and gauges.
• Identify and correct fit-up, alignment, and welding defects.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Complete assigned work accurately and within production schedules.
• Work independently and collaborate with supervisors, inspectors, and other trades.
