Title: MacOS Support Engineer Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite) Duration: 12 Months contract

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Desktop Support, Endpoint Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong hands-on experience with macOS administration and support.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
• Experience with Group Policy (GPO) configuration and administration.
• Experience with Active Directory user/group management, account provisioning, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of cross-domain Active Directory environments.
• Strong experience providing L2/L3 technical support and resolving escalated incidents.
• Hands-on experience with MDM/UEM solutions, preferably Microsoft Intune or JumpCloud.
• Experience with Citrix environments, including server and hosted desktop troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of VDI technologies, including persistent and non-persistent virtual desktops.
• Experience with endpoint hardware/software troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Knowledge of backup procedures and system recovery.
• Strong incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA skills.
• Experience with onboarding/offboarding and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of digital workplace/end-user computing technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong documentation and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 support environment.
