Job description

Job Purpose:
- As an Executive Catering and Events Manager at LIFECARE ALLIANCE, you'll be at the heart of our sales and marketing efforts, driving business development and ensuring our events are top-notch. You'll be the go-to person for client management, event coordination, and on-site support, all while engaging with the community and managing administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: You'll lead the charge in identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships to grow our catering and events services.
- Client Management & Contracting: You'll be the friendly face that clients trust, handling contracts and ensuring their needs are met with a smile.
- Event Coordination & On-site Support: From setup to tear down, you'll be hands-on, making sure every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
- Administrative & Report Duties: You'll keep things organized and on track with your stellar administrative skills, ensuring all reports are accurate and timely.
- Agency & Community Engagement: You'll build strong relationships with community partners, vendors, staff, and volunteers, making sure LIFECARE ALLIANCE is a key player in the community.

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Education:
- Associate degree in Business, Hospitality, Food Service, or a related field strongly preferred; long-term sales experience in a related field will be considered.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in catering, food service sales, event planning, or related customer service roles.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to perform manual tasks, including event setup, tear down, and lifting.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with comfort speaking to groups.
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers, vendors, staff, volunteers, and community partners.
