- Set field teams and customers up for success by ensuring all labor and material management needs are met.

Position Details/responsibilities...- Responsible for all business aspects of the project, including financial, customer relationship and contracted scope of work.

- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing, electrical, or prefabrication environment
- Strong understanding of switchgear, electrical systems, or critical power equipment is a plus
- Proven ability to manage complex, fast-paced projects with cross-functional dependencies
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative leader who can drive results and maintain strong working relationships across teams
