Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and software applications.
  • Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to optimize efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT administration or support roles.

  • Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively assist users.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
