Having a strong client base starts with a team that knows how to deliver exceptional customer service! Legacy is seeking a motivated individual who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and creating positive customer experiences.
As a Customer Consultant, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, provide information about available products and services, and help ensure each customer receives a positive experience. This is an entry-level position; we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed and continue professional development.
Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of customer and client interactions
• Educate customers on current promotions, products, and available offers
• Review and update customer accounts as needed
• Conduct follow-ups with existing customers
• Work with the management team during daily training and planning
• Build positive relationships with customers through professional, face-to-face communication
• Provide timely solutions and support to customer inquiries

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
