Summary:
LEAD Staffing is currently looking for 2 Admins for our client in Saginaw County, MI to support a major solar construction project. This project is scheduled to go for 6+ months, 5 days/week, 10-hour shifts. This is a great opportunity to join the site office team on a large-scale solar build. This is a CONTRACT role that is available immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Process timesheets and support certified payroll documentation requirements
- Manage subcontractor paperwork and general document control
- Handle visitor check-in and site office coordination
- Serve as liaison between field crews and corporate on routine HR/payroll questions
- Support construction management and the Union Communications Lead with administrative needs
Qualifications:
- 2+ years administrative experience, ideally in construction or a field-office environment
- Familiarity with certified payroll documentation a plus
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working in a job-site trailer/office environment
- Solar construction experience a plus
- Experience supporting a union/open-shop mixed-labor environment is a plus
