What You’ll Do

As a Youth Sports Coach, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for children. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and assisting with sports classes, camps, and events for children of various ages and skill levels.
• Following coaching plans to deliver fun, organized, and skill-building activities.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants during activities.
• Setting up and breaking down sports equipment at assigned locations.
• Communicating professionally with families, schools, and community partners.
• Representing LA Sports World with a positive and professional attitude.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who are passionate about working with kids and have a strong sense of responsibility. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

• At least 1 year of experience in youth sports, camps, education, childcare, recreation, or physical education (preferred).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and organize sports equipment.
• Reliable transportation to travel to various locations throughout Los Angeles.
• Comfort and confidence working with groups of children.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with families and clients.
• Availability during weekday afternoons and weekends is especially valuable.
• Completion of all required background and youth-safety screenings.
