L&L Premier Washing

We are hiring,

We are looking to add one to two more people to our wash team! We would prefer wash technician experience but willing to train the right person.

We have routine maintenance washing, fleet washing, post construction washing, residential cleaning, and much more. 

Normal work day is 9-12hrs depending on productivity. We offer on the job training. Daylight hours but we do have quarterly cleanings that will be night shift.

TWO WEEKENDS A MONTH REQUIREMENT. This is daylight.

TRAVEL is required. There will be times we travel out of town for 1-2 weeks at a time. This is a requirement to travel when these are scheduled. A schedule of any out of town work will be provided much in advance in order to plan accordingly. DO NOT APPLY if you are unable to travel when necessary. All travel expenses are covered (including any food/housing etc).

We are also offering a $1000.00 quarterly bonus if the following goals are met successfully:

1. No Safety/Accidents (Most Important)

2. Quality is key we have a 15 point QA inspection audit that we complete after each fleet. This must be completed!

3. No call backs and no property damage.

4. There is a productivity goal that must be achieved per hour once trained.

5. Perfect attendance, this means being on time as well.

Must have a valid drivers licenses , must be able to work with little to no supervision .

Gatorade and water provided always!

Pay is based on 3 key factors,  minimizing chemical consumption, Quality and productivity.

Hourly ranges $17 if you know nothing up to $31 if you are a well seasoned wash tech with a strong knowledge of the two step process .
