We’re looking for a **Senior Fullstack Engineer** who can build fast, think clearly, and own meaningful parts of the product from idea to production.This role is based in **San Francisco** with a **hybrid** setup. You’ll work closely with a small team building AI-native software for people who want more leverage, more speed, and better tools.### What you'll do* Build and ship high-impact features across frontend, backend, APIs, and internal systems* Work closely with product and design to create intuitive experiences around powerful AI capabilities* Improve performance, quality, and reliability in core user journeys* Help design systems that support rapid product iteration without collapsing under complexity* Contribute across chat, media, voice, workspace, and agent-oriented product areas* Help raise the engineering bar through strong execution and technical judgment### Why this role mattersWe believe AI should expand human agency, not shrink it.
