About This JobPosition Overview:Haus of Confidence / Haus Regenerative (Scottsdale, AZ) is hiring a Senior Leadership Medical Doctor (MD) specializing in liposuction to lead and expand our awake liposuction and body-contouring program at our 4236 N Brown Ave location. This full-time, onsite role combines high-level clinical practice with program leadership: you will perform advanced minimally invasive liposuction procedures, set standards for clinical excellence, and drive growth while preserving patient safety and exceptional outcomes.Why this role is exciting: Join a rapidly growing medspa that blends aesthetic innovation and regenerative medicine. You will work in a state-of-the-art facility, shape clinical protocols, mentor a multidisciplinary team, and have direct impact on patient transformation and the company’s strategic direction.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Perform awake liposuction and related body-contouring procedures with a focus on safety, predictability, and natural aesthetic outcomes.Lead clinical operations for the liposuction program: develop protocols, standardize pre/post-op care, and implement quality and safety measures.Provide comprehensive patient consultations, informed consent discussions, and individualized treatment planning.Supervise, train, and mentor clinical staff including nurses, physician assistants, and aesthetic providers to ensure consistent, high-quality care.Collaborate with the leadership team on service expansion, clinical marketing support, and patient experience initiatives to drive program growth.Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, outcomes tracking, and complication management; participate in morbidity/mortality or quality review as required.Ensure regulatory compliance, credentialing, and maintenance of professional licensure and malpractice coverage.RequirementsRequired Qualifications:Medical degree (MD or DO) and active, unrestricted Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain state licensure promptly.Board certification or board eligibility in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, General Surgery, or a related specialty with demonstrable aesthetic surgery experience.Proven experience performing awake liposuction and tumescent techniques with a strong procedural case log and references.Leadership experience in a clinical setting, including team supervision, protocol development, and clinical governance.Current BLS; advanced life support (ACLS) strongly preferred.
