Meet clients in established showroom to design and sell cabinetry to homeowners, designers and contractors

Responsibilities include the ability to create functional, aesthetic kitchen layouts while managing the sales process from conception to installation. Key duties include client consultation, creating 3D renderings, material selection, and closing sales. Should be able to creative design skills with sales expertise to achieve revenue goals, offering tailored solutions and expert product advice  

Core Responsibilities

• Design & Planning: Create detailed kitchen layouts, blueprints, and 3D renderings using software 2020 Design .
• Sales & Consulting: Meet with clients to understand needs, present designs, prepare quotes, and close sales.
• Project Management: Take site measurements, coordinate with contractors, and manage orders from inception to delivery.
• Customer Service: Guide clients through material selections (cabinets, countertops, fixtures) and ensure satisfaction.
• Marketing & Growth: Build relationships, network, and follow up on leads to drive showroom sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Software Proficiency: Experience with 20/20 Design or ability to learn
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of cabinetry, design trends, and common building codes.
• Sales Acumen: Proven ability to close sales and negotiate contracts
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to work with clients, builders, and vendors.
• Education/Experience: Requires 3-5+ years of relevant industry experience
