Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience
• Manage Jonas POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, ensuring adherence to legal drinking age laws and responsible serving practices

Skills

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, country club, or banquet environments; familiarity with food industry standards is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining quality service
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
