???? Position Details

• Part-Time and full time Opportunities Available
• Pay: $18.00 - $20.00per hour
• Locations: Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Brickell
• Positions: Unarmed Security Officers
• Licenses Required: Florida Class D

???? What You’ll Do

• Provide white-glove customer service to residents and guests
• Perform routine patrols (lobby, garage, amenities, exterior)
• Monitor CCTV & access control systems
• Manage visitor access, vendors, and deliveries
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
• Maintain a safe and secure environment
• Complete detailed reports and daily activity logs

???? What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of security experience required
• Experience in luxury residential, concierge, or hotel security preferred
• Valid Florida Class D License required
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable transportation

???? Preferred Background

• Luxury condominium or high-rise experience required
• Concierge or front desk security
• Hotel security (4-star / 5-star properties)
• Military or law enforcement (a plus)
