Position: Janitor/Porter
Location: Irvine, CA
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
 

Summary:
We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitor/Porter to join our team in Irvine. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment while providing excellent support throughout the facility.

Day To Day Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain office spaces, restrooms, lobby areas, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and empty trash throughout the facility.
• Clean interior windows, wipe down tables, countertops, and other high-touch surfaces.
• Ensure all work areas remain clean, sanitary, and presentable throughout the day.
• Receive and organize incoming deliveries of water, beverages, fresh produce, and other kitchen supplies
• Replenish and restock refrigerators with beverages, fresh produce, snacks, and other employee food items.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, porter, or facilities maintenance experience, minimum 3+ years
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workplace.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to frequently walk, stand, bend, and climb stairs throughout the shift and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Pass pre-employment background and drug test
