As we continue to unify our teams and operations, we’re actively seeking new Team Members based in our Charlottesville, VA office and communities. Your employment will be under Keystone C.H., though current customers will still know you as Southern Development Homes. You'll be joining us at a pivotal moment in this exciting new chapter of growth and collaboration between our two companies and working closely with the Keystone Custom Homes Team. We are looking for individuals to become part of the Keystone Sales Team to guide our customers to “Building Dreams” of their own. What’s the catch? You must be flexible and work weekends- when your customers are available to meet with you!

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain relationships
  • A competitive need to be the best and accomplish your goals.
  • Optimism, energy, and a positive outlook focused on growth.
  • A strong work ethic and a polished/professional demeanor
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Willingness to trade weekends for amazing earning potential
