Keystone BlueCraft is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project planning and delivery for on-site teams in San Diego, CA.

Position Summary

As a Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end project execution, coordinating people, processes, and timelines to deliver successful outcomes. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clarity on scope, priorities, and progress while maintaining strong project governance.

You will manage schedules, risks, and deliverables with a focus on quality and reliability. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can bring structure to complex work and communicate clearly across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and proactively address bottlenecks or risks.

• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on requirements, status, and next steps.

• Communicate project updates to stakeholders, including milestones, issue resolution, and overall performance.

• Monitor project deliverables for quality and ensure documentation and processes are followed consistently.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects with responsibility for timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Clear communication skills, including the ability to present updates and explain project status to stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to identify risks early and implement practical mitigation plans.

• Working knowledge of project planning principles and methods to drive execution and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading projects in a professional services, engineering, construction, or operations environment.

• Familiarity with structured project frameworks and disciplined status reporting.

• Experience collaborating with diverse teams and managing expectations across stakeholders.

• A track record of improving processes to increase efficiency and project outcomes.

• Comfort working in an onsite environment and collaborating directly with team members.

Compensation

Annual salary: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00
