Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns along with their strengths and challenges.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
  • Utilize methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to facilitate effective treatment.
  • Develop detailed treatment plans that define goals, interventions, and methods for monitoring progress towards client milestones.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nurses, to create collaborative treatment strategies that address the holistic needs of clients.
  • Provide crisis intervention services that involve risk assessments, safety planning, and immediate support as necessary.
  • Advocate for clients' rights and effectively connect them to vital community resources while offering ongoing case management support.
  • Participate actively in community outreach and engagement initiatives, promoting mental health awareness and resource accessibility.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW at Key Potential Mental Health, you will work with a diverse array of clients, ranging from children to adults, each facing their unique mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
