I opened my agency in November 2024 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming an agent, I spent nine years as a State Farm team member, where I developed a passion for helping customers and building lasting relationships. I graduated from the University of New Mexico with a degree in Business Administration.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kathlein Guinn - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
