We are looking for both day, evening, and weekend shifts. In which case the sales associate would be responsible for opening/closing the studio for daily operations and being present for all walk-ins, calls, emails, or texts to the studio throughout the duration of the worked shift.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their wellness journey
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants
• Conduct engaging product demos to showcase our studio’s offerings and benefits
• Assist clients with retail sales transactions using POS systems, ensuring accurate payment handling management
• Promote upselling opportunities by recommending relevant products and services to meet client needs
• Maintain organized stock levels, restock merchandise, and ensure the retail area is clean and inviting
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments
• Supervise daily store operations as needed, supporting General Manager in merchandising and customer engagement
• Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
• Other duties as assigned
• Skills
• Proven experience with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail sales transactions
• Strong supervising experience or leadership skills in a retail or service environment
• Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers about wellness products and services
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to connect with diverse clientele effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette
• Skilled in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising, stock management, and basic math for retail math calculations
• Experience with retail sales transactions
