  • Schedule installations with customers and coordinate installer schedules to maximize efficiency while ensuring projects are completed on time.
  • Attend on-site building inspections with customers and local building officials to ensure successful project completion and timely approval.
  • Manage customer service requests, manufacturer warranty claims, and post-installation service issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule and customers are kept informed throughout the entire process.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Conduct final project walkthroughs to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records within the company CRM.
  • Generate referrals and cultivate repeat business through outstanding customer service.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and the ability to quickly learn industry-specific applications.
  • Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Preferred
