Job description

Salary: $20-$25

Security Officer Positions Available $20-$25 per hour

K&T Security is a minority, woman-owned business with over 10 years of experience providing exceptional security services. We are seeking professional, experienced security officers for part-time and full-time positions across DC,MD and VA. We specialize in providing services that ensure the safety of our clients, their properties, and visitors.

Wage Range:

  • $20-$25 per hour, depending on the site and required licenses.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service while ensuring a safe environment.
  • Monitor and control entry and exit points.
  • Conduct patrols, monitor CCTV, and respond to incidents as needed.
  • Prepare detailed daily activity reports.
  • Enforce access control and ensure security compliance.
  • Assist with emergencies and collaborate with emergency personnel.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid and current security guard license for Washington, DC, Maryland, or Virginia.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Must own appropriate uniform attire, including black trousers, boots, and a dark suit.
  • Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone) to access designated work-related platforms.

Experience:

  • At least 4 years of security experience is required.
  • Must possess strong customer service skills.

Additional Notes:

  • Proof of licensing is required for consideration.
  • All candidates will undergo a background check.
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is a plus.
