Job description
Joseph Subaru is currently hiring Automotive Sales Consultants in Florence, Kentucky. Subaru was just rated the #1 automotive brand by Consumer Reports. We offer a clear path to high income in a high-traffic, high-opportunity environment. Whether you’re an experienced salesperson or looking to build a long-term career in automotive sales, this is a great opportunity to join a respected dealership group with strong earning potential and room for growth. We offer a guaranteed base salary plus commission, with an expected earning range of $50,000 – $150,000+ annually, depending on performance.

Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers, building trust and long-term relationships
- Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and safety systems
- Handle internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic professionally
- Negotiate and finalize sales transactions while delivering an excellent customer experience
- Follow up with customers to generate repeat and referral business
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve sales goals
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales or customer service experience preferred (not required; training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a positive, team-focused mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
