ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2015 and is a close-knit team of five who believe in working hard while keeping family first. I was introduced to State Farm in 2012 through a friend who became an agent, and after spending two years as a team member, I knew this was the path I wanted to pursue.
I’m married with three children and graduated from college where I also played baseball. Sports have always been a big part of my life, and I still enjoy hunting, fishing, and golfing whenever I can.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jordan Thibodeaux - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
