The Lead Technician / Property Lead is a senior field position responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overall care of assigned properties. Serving as the primary field contact for clients, this role combines hands-on trade work, project coordination, preventative maintenance oversight, and team leadership. Success in this role requires strong technical skills, sound judgment, professionalism, and effective communication with clients, technicians, subcontractors, and office staff.
This is a working field leadership role. Lead Technicians are expected to actively perform repair and maintenance work while coordinating job flow, communication, quality control, and property oversight.
