As an Audit Senior / Manager, you will oversee client engagements, support team development, and contribute to the continued strength of our specialized industry practices.

Responsibilities - Incharge/manage and review audit engagements from planning through completion
- Lead and supervise interns, staff, and senior accountants
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure high-quality work that aligns with professional standards and firm expectations
- Support and mentor team members through coaching, feedback, and training
- Collaborate with partners and managers on workflow, scheduling, and engagement strategy
- Contribute to firm initiatives, industry team activities, and best-practice improvements

- Active CPA license
- Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience in assurance
- Nonprofit, Private Company and/or Employee Benefit Plan audit experience
- Proven experience managing engagements and supervising staff
- Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and financial reporting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
