As a licensed sales associate for Ross Insurance and Financial services, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Meet monthly and weekly sales and quoting goals. 
• Assist customers in finding solutions for multiple products.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
