Jerry Seiner Las Vegas Mazda is looking for a skilled Bumper-to-Bumper Technician to join our high-performing service team. If you're an experienced automotive technician who enjoys diagnosing complex vehicle issues, solving challenging mechanical and electrical problems, and taking pride in quality repairs, we want to meet you.

Whether you're already Mazda certified or have experience working on import or domestic vehicles, you'll have the opportunity to grow your career with factory training, cutting-edge diagnostic equipment, and a dealership that values your expertise.

Compensation

Experienced technicians can make $100,000+ yearly.

Your earning potential is based on your experience, certifications, productivity, and performance. We reward technicians who consistently deliver quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do
  • Perform bumper-to-bumper diagnostics and repairs on Mazda vehicles.
  • Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, driveline, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and electrical systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex drivability and electrical concerns using Mazda diagnostic equipment.
  • Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to Mazda factory standards.
  • Perform comprehensive multi-point vehicle inspections.
  • Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, and recommendations on repair orders.
  • Communicate repair status and recommended services with Service Advisors.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Meet productivity goals while maintaining high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional automotive technician experience.
  • Mazda dealership experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience performing bumper-to-bumper repairs on import, domestic, or Japanese vehicles.
  • ASE Certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a flat-rate production environment.
  • Own a complete set of professional technician tools.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.
