As a highly skilled Team Member at Jeremiah's Italian Ice, you will be the face of our brand, delivering five-star service to every guest. Key Responsibilities:
- Take guests’ orders with a friendly smile.
- Maintain respectful relationships with co-workers, refraining from gossip.
- Create flavorful experiences for each guest through five-star service.
- Answer questions accurately and politely.
- Serve all guests efficiently while maintaining superior service.
- Demonstrate impeccable product knowledge.
- Perform opening and closing responsibilities.
- Prepare all Jeremiah’s Italian Ice products (lifting up to 50lbs).
- Maintain a clean and organized store.
