ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jen Ortiz - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and our sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Proactively reach out to current and potential customers for sales appointments.
  • Lead generating marketing and following up with prospects.
  • Advancement into full time sales potential. 
  • Speak with prospects regarding our auto, home and business insurance products.
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive mindset wanting to grow a meaningful career.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
