ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2014 after gaining experience as a State Farm team member for another agent, which gave me a strong foundation for building an office centered on relationships and trust. Our team includes three members, and we take pride in creating a welcoming, energetic environment where customers are treated like family and doing the right thing always comes first.
I attended Saint Kate’s, am married with two daughters, and live in the community I serve — which makes our work here especially meaningful. We stay actively involved in the community through local schools, quarterly outreach efforts, the Centennial Area Chamber of Commerce, and St. Jude fundraising initiatives.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jen Korus - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
