Gee Family Insurance is one of the fastest-growing insurance agencies in Northern Utah, and we're looking for motivated individuals who are driven to build a rewarding career in sales. Whether you already have sales experience or are looking to start a new career, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and support you need to succeed.

Develop new business by building relationships with prospective clients, generating leads through networking and outreach, educating customers on insurance products, preparing personalized quotes, and closing sales. Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing service and follow-up while consistently working toward individual and team sales goals.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Sales experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should be self-motivated, dependable, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. An insurance license is preferred but not required—we will assist qualified candidates in obtaining one.
