ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Jackson Mote State Farm Agency is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Account Representative, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing & sales goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Desire to meet sales goals/quotas 
  • Ability to effectively relate & communicate with customers
  • Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license or already possess Property & Casualty License
