Accountant/bookkeeper
Qualifications
• 2+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in real estate brokerage, property
management, or a
related industry preferred.
• Proficient in AppFolio Property Manager Pro
(or similar software), QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience preparing monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Knowledge of property accounting, trust accounting, owner statements, and cash flow
management.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year, depending on
experience and qualifications. Paid vacation and
holidays. Health insurance.
