Overview
We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and Registered Behavior
Technician (RBT). The role provides essential 24/7 support to a client living in their own
home, with a 4:1 staff-to-client ratio. The position offers an exciting opportunity to make
a positive impact while gaining valuable experience in behavioral health.
We have the following shifts available:
PM Shift 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
NOC Shift 12:00AM - 8:00AM
Salary Range: $24.00 - $27.00
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-
Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and responses to interventions
accurately and consistently
Assist client with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Support client during teaching sessions by utilizing ABA techniques to reinforce positive
behaviors
Maintain confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations and safeguarding medical
records and documentation
Collaborate with family and team members to ensure client’s success
Attend scheduled supervision, team meetings, and ongoing trainings.
Provide care in a compassionate manner, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for
the client

Requirements/Skills
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check
Comfortable working weekends and holidays as part of a 24/7 support schedule.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism
spectrum disorder (ASD)
Knowledge of behavioral therapy terminology, data collection, and maintaining accurate
records of client progress and behaviors.
Ability to actively engage with the client from sitting, kneeling, bending at the waist, to
standing unassisted.
Ability to lift 50lbs.
Ability to assist with ADLs and implement behavior management strategies effectively
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with family, team members, and BCBA
Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for the client.
Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
High school diploma; some college coursework in psychology, special education, or a
related field is a plus
