Job Summary:
The Wealth Management Advisor role combines financial planning and business development, giving advisors the opportunity to build their own practice by cultivating relationships, expanding their professional network, and providing long-term financial security to their client base.  This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy sales, relationship building, and creating their own path. JKS Financial is seeking motivated, relationship-driven professionals to join our team.
Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding financial goals, providing guidance, and delivering personalized service.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies for each client, focusing on long-term wealth accumulation, risk management, and financial security.
  • Leadership: Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to excellence while fostering collaboration.
  • Business Development: Drive growth through new client relationships, expanding professional networks, and generating referrals.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze complex financial situations and develop thoughtful, strategic solutions that help clients navigate challenges and achieve financial objectives.
  • High-Performance Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced, results oriented setting that encourages continuous improvement, goal achievement, and professional growth.
  • Thought Leadership: Demonstrate expertise by sharing insights, staying informed on industry trends, and providing knowledgeable guidance that positions the advisor as a trusted resource for clients.
  • Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and firm policies while maintaining the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and transparency in all client interactions and financial recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in sales, finance, economics, business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in financial services or client-facing roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Certifications: Obtain or hold relevant licenses and certifications. Series 7, 63, 65, or 66 licenses, Life, Accident & Health license and/or CFP preferred.
  • Traits & Skills: Relationship-driven and strong communication skills. Self-motivated, resilient, and entrepreneurial. Financial planning and analytical skills, along with time management & organizational skills. Ability to prospect for new leads required.
