How You Will Make an Impact

• Perform detailed exterior carpentry work including siding, fascia, soffit, trim, decking, and framing repairs.
• Assist with residential roofing installations and complex repairs to ensure durable, high-quality project delivery.
• Safely operate specialized hand tools, power tools, ladders, and job-site equipment under strict safety standards.
• Inspect active work areas to proactively identify structural repair needs and mitigate potential construction issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure field environment to guarantee absolute site safety and transparency.
• Collaborate effectively with crew members and communicate real-time progress updates directly to field supervisors.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining elite workmanship standards on every residential property.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in exterior carpentry, residential roofing, siding installation, or general construction fields.
• Absolute ability to work comfortably outdoors in varying weather conditions and at elevated heights on ladders.
• Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills necessary for resolving on-site structural challenges.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude with a commitment to maintaining strict project schedules.
• Physical capacity to lift 50+ pounds and continuously perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Possession of a valid driver’s license and independent, reliable transportation to navigate to residential job sites.
• Demonstrated experience working safely within a structured team environment on complex residential exterior remodels.
• Advanced knowledge of modern building materials, flashing techniques, and exterior weatherization systems.
