The Customer Service Attendant position at JJ's Car Wash is full-time or part-time role focused on providing exceptional service (we call it Unreasonable Hospitality) to all guests at our washes. This position is integral to maintaining a welcoming experience and enhancing the overall wash experience at JJ's Car Wash. This role emphasizes positive body language to assist our wash guests with initiating their wash process.
Qualifications
- A friendly, energetic, motivated personality.
- Customer service orientated | Likes fast paced work environments.
- Must be able to stand / walk for duration of shift / outdoor environment / Lift Approx. 40lbs.
- Need to have reliable transportation.
- Fast learner, able to follow company guidelines and processes.
- Can engage in customer communication and respond respectfully to customer inquiries when necessary.
- Must demonstrate positive body language and ability to Smile!
- Previous customer service experience is plus!
Responsibilities
- Always be ready to assist customers with menu options and payment.
- Provide customers with information and benefits of the monthly membership programs.
- Guide cars onto the conveyor with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor with a big smile.
- Perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to entering the tunnel.
- Be proficient with all policies and procedures and able to perform them on a daily basis as needed.
- Assist fellow team members with keeping the entire property spotlessly clean and ensure everything is organized.
- Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied.
- Be polite and available to address all customer concerns and handle them in a professional manner.
- Work safely and report safety or maintenance issues to management.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Position may be required to rotate to other company locations (Friendswood, League City)
