JC Gold Jewelers is a family-owned jewelry store with over 500+ 5-star reviews on Google. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality jewelry, expert repairs, and exceptional customer service. We are looking for motivated Jewelry Sales Associates to join our team and grow with us.
What We Offer
Base pay: $14–$20 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and financing options
Handle custom orders and explain services such as repairs and layaway
Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming
Support promotional activities (social media posts, events, in-store promotions)
Requirements
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must be flexible with schedule – holiday hours and weekends required
Must be comfortable appearing in social media content (not camera shy)
Professional appearance and reliable attendance
