We are looking for a Junior Operations Engineer who enjoys solving problems, analyzing data, and using AI to build practical solutions.

This role combines operations, software engineering, data analysis, and AI-driven automation. You will work closely with engineers and product teams to investigate issues, improve processes, and build tools that make systems and teams more efficient.

Responsibilities

• Investigate operational issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Analyze logs, system data, and performance metrics
• Use AI tools to automate workflows and improve team productivity
• Develop scripts, tools, and automations to support operations
• Work with engineering teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
• Improve monitoring, reporting, and operational processes
• Continuously identify opportunities to make systems and workflows more reliable and efficient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Basic programming experience (Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with data, logs, and technical systems
• Interest in AI, automation, and software development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take ownership

Preferred

• Experience with APIs, databases, Linux, or cloud platforms
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar
• Interest in connected devices, software platforms, or technology operations
• Korean language skills are a plus
