JAC Builders is hiring a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing Tampa, FL team. We are looking for someone who is confident, personable, competitive, and comfortable working in a sales environment where effort directly impacts earning potential. This role is a strong fit for someone with experience in roofing, home improvement, door-to-door sales, hospitality, or the service industry.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to discuss roofing, storm restoration, and exterior improvement needs.
• Generate and follow up on leads through canvassing, referrals, networking, and company-supported opportunities.
• Conduct exterior inspections and help identify potential storm or roof damage.
• Educate homeowners on JAC Builders’ services, process, and available solutions.
• Build trust with homeowners through strong communication and follow-through.
• Coordinate with internal team members, closers, project managers, and leadership.
• Maintain accurate notes and pipeline updates.
• Work evenings and Saturdays as needed to meet homeowners when they are available.
• Represent JAC Builders professionally in the Tampa Bay market.

What We’re Looking For

• Sales, canvassing, roofing, home improvement, pest control, hospitality, bartending, or service industry experience preferred.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in the field.
• Able to handle rejection and stay consistent.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Must be professional, dependable, and coachable.
