Job Description

J.Carr & Associates is seeking someone who is great on the phone, proficient in office tasks, has excellent analytical skills, and who is a serious multi-tasker. If you are self-motivated and have strong interpersonal skills, then you'll thrive in this work environment.  Our ideal candidate is one who is proactive, experienced, truly enjoys providing superior service, and loves taking ownership. 

The person who fills this position will be responsible for sending out e-mail and written correspondence, supporting the two partners with administrative tasks, managing basic payroll & expenses, and providing excellent customer service to our clients and subcontractors. He/she will also need to enter detailed data accurately, prepare estimates and invoices, and conduct internal file quality reviews. 

Qualifications

This is an entry level position with strong possibility for advancement

• 1+ administrative or office-related experience
• Great customer service skills
• Capability to work in a fast paced, team oriented office environment
• Must be familiar with Windows and Office XP software
• Basic understanding of social marketing.. aka facebok, linkedin, blogs etc.. 
• Must be able to create written communication without major editing
• Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
• Quickbooks experience a plus
• Ability to multi-task
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
• Must have a clean background check
