Immediate Hire for Entry Level Account Representative – Full Time - Training Provided
J&I Marketing Concepts, Inc. is a leader in new customer acquisition and sales consulting. We are dedicated to helping large companies develop and execute more effective sales and marketing campaigns. We do this by providing a professionally trained face-to-face sales team that can adapt quickly to changes in target market and products.
We're looking for determined, energetic team-members to boost our growth and be the face of our clients’ brands to their local customers. As part of our sales team, you would play a critical role in accomplishing the vision of J&I Marketing Concepts, Inc. to create a win-win-win for our clients, their customers, and our team.
It’s an exciting time as we continue to grow and bring on new, passionate individuals who are ready to expand their knowledge of sales and direct marketing. This is not a remote position. All work duties will be at our office or on-site at our retail locations.
Daily Responsibilities:
• Sales presentations: introduce potential customers to clients’ brands and consult on the benefits of their service
• Account management: acquire new sales and manage current accounts
• Customer retention: advise existing customers on new promotions and ensure customer satisfaction
• Leadership: plan and conduct various trainings and meetings for a diverse internal team
