Isleworth Home Services is a landscaping & pool services company that serves the residents of the Isleworth community.
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Administrative Assistant to support our office operations and financial processes.
Full Time position -Monday to Friday (8a-4:30p)
Responsibilities include:
- Answer phones, emails, and assist residents/vendors
- Support scheduling, filing, and general office administration
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Excel and accounting software
- Prepare resident billing for landscape or other services
- Take monthly physical inventory
- Code & process invoices
- Order pool supplies
- Assist management with job costing
- Place plant order with vendors
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Review timecards for accuracy

Requirements:
- Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Landscape, construction, or service industry experience is a plus
