Island Home & Estate Management (IHEM) is a thriving residential property management company that simplifies the care of seasonal homes and coastal estates in the Palm Beach and Martin County area. We are currently seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Home Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role involves hands-on exterior home maintenance tasks and offers the potential for full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily exterior home maintenance tasks.
• Pressure wash home exteriors and hardscapes.
• Wash windows and polish metal fixtures.
• Set-up and move outdoor furniture.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Clear English language communication skills.
• Flexibility with shift schedules.
• Ability to multitask and complete high-quality work quickly.
• Valid Driver's License held for 3+ years with no incidents.
• Experience in residential home services, groundskeeping, or hospitality services is preferred.

Compensation

The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $19.00 - $22.00.
