About the Role

Iron Ridge Contracting is looking for a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is eager to learn, and wants to grow in the construction and remodeling field. Our projects include decks, 3-Season rooms, patios, basements, kitchens, bathrooms, and other residential renovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters and crew members with general construction tasks

• Load, unload, and move materials and job site supplies

• Help with site preparation, demolition, and cleanup

• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Support deck, remodeling, and renovation projects as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

• Follow directions from foreman and work collaboratively with the crew

• Adhere to all company and OSHA safety standards

Requirements

• Prior construction or general labor experience

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

• Valid driver’s license preferred

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and standing

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Must follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment

Benefits

• Pay: $20–$35 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

• Occasional weekends as needed

In-person — job sites typically within 1 hour of West Grove, PA
