Interventional Pain & Spine Therapy is seeking a passionate and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in West Palm Beach, Florida. Work Environment

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will work in our vibrant outpatient office, which is designed to provide a warm and supportive atmosphere for both staff and patients. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art resources and tools that empower you to deliver exceptional care. Our scheduling supports a Monday through Friday workweek, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced lifestyle while committing to our patient community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, identifying their goals and individual needs.
  • Create and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize a variety of evidence-based therapy techniques.
  • Execute therapeutic exercises and modalities, adjusting as needed to optimize patient recovery and efficiency.
  • Foster a supportive environment that encourages patient participation and feedback during rehabilitation processes.
  • Educate patients on home exercise programs, wellness strategies, and lifestyle modifications to complement their therapy.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals recuperating from orthopedic surgeries or injuries, including but not limited to hip, knee, and shoulder procedures. You will be instrumental in assisting patients with conditions such as arthritis, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. The therapeutic approach focuses not only on physical rehabilitation but also on empowering patients through education and supportive guidance.

Qualifications
  • A Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • An active state license to practice physical therapy, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and healthcare standards.
  • A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy role, with an emphasis on orthopedic conditions and treatments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of therapeutic exercise and functional training techniques, particularly in an outpatient setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience utilizing advanced therapeutic modalities and technologies such as ultrasound, ECSWT, and manual therapy techniques.
  • Experience in developing and leading physical therapy programs tailored to various patient demographics.
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
