Interval Workforce

We are hiring a Van Driver to transport our team members between our West New York office and client sites in Carlstadt and Secaucus, NJ. You are the first person our employees see each morning and the last one they see at the end of their shift. Reliability and a professional attitude matter more here than anything else.

What You'll Do

• Transport employees on scheduled routes between the West New York office and client locations
• Follow the daily transportation schedule and keep pickups and drop-offs on time
• Communicate route status, delays, and headcount to the transportation coordinator
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues immediately
• Keep the van clean, fueled, and ready for the next run
• Assist passengers professionally and enforce basic vehicle safety rules
• Support occasional office errands and document runs as needed

Requirements

• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Must pass a driving skills test administered by Interval Workforce as part of the hiring process
• Must speak both English and Spanish (required, not preferred)
• Clean driving record; motor vehicle record check required
• Comfortable driving a passenger van in New Jersey traffic and around warehouse and loading dock areas
• Reliable attendance and punctuality, including early morning and evening shifts
• Authorized to work in the US
• Must pass a background check and drug screening as a condition of employment

Salary/Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
