How will I make a difference?
The Youth Stabilization and Young Adult Case Manager plays a key role in
Interactions mission to support youth and families to thrive in their communities. This position is housed within the Youth Programs department and works closely with other youth and young adult case managers, clinical services, and community partners to provide collaborative, comprehensive services. This role provides case management to 8-10 youth and young adults, supporting them to: build goals and skills based on their strengths; navigate challenges and barriers; foster healthy community and connection; access basic needs resources; complete their education; and maintain employment and housing.

These 2 positions are full-time at 37.5 hours per week.
Compensation: $22.50/hr and comprehensive benefits.
Interaction works in partnership with United Nurses & Allied Professionals, Local 5050, and this position is included in the collective bargaining agreement.
