This position will allow you to work remotely, providing flexibility while you serve clients from the comfort and convenience of your home. At Integro, we value a balanced work-life integration and offer a supportive culture where professional development and teamwork are prioritized. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized therapy plans that address specific mental health needs.

  • Document all clinical interactions and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing EMR software for efficient documentation.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment plans and ensure coordinated care for clients across various service areas.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and remain informed on the latest trends in mental health research.
  • Offer group therapy sessions focusing on peer support and community healing, fostering an inclusive environment for shared experiences.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Integro, you will be providing care to a diverse clientele, including individuals from under-resourced backgrounds. Your clients may present with a wide array of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Your ability to build rapport and establish trust will be crucial in helping these clients navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • Must possess an active and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington.
  • A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical counseling, with a preference for candidates with a proven track record in a community health or clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health treatment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Proficiency in using EMR systems and other relevant technologies to enhance client care and documentation processes.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience specializing in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma counseling, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.
  • Prior involvement in community outreach or mental health advocacy initiatives will be considered an asset.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
  • Comprehensive health insurance benefits, including options for dental and vision coverage.
  • Liability malpractice insurance coverage provided to ensure peace of mind while you focus on client care.
  • Opportunities for client referrals and a streamlined process for billing and documentation, allowing you to focus more on your clients instead of paperwork.
  • A sign-on bonus is available, detailed further during the interview process.
